Digitals Systems SIA, a private limited company registered in Latvia under registration number 40203740165, located in Augšdaugavas nov., Latvia, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and during client engagements.

Contact form data: name, email address, optional company name, optional website URL, indicated budget range, package interest and the message you write.

Technical data: anonymised analytics data (page views, referrers, device type) collected via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled.

Marketing pixels: when consent is given, Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tags drop cookies to measure ad effectiveness.

Client engagement data: business and account information shared with us as part of delivering the services, processed strictly within the scope of the engagement.

To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (legitimate interest, your request).

To deliver contracted services and meet contractual obligations.

To improve our website and marketing (legitimate interest, with consent for non-essential cookies).

Sub-processors strictly required to deliver the service: Google (Workspace, Ads, Analytics), Meta (Business Manager), our payment processor and our accounting software vendor. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.

We never sell personal data. We never share data with advertisers or third parties for their own purposes.

Some sub-processors are headquartered outside the EEA. Where transfers occur, they are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Contact form submissions: up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Client engagement data: for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for legal and accounting compliance.

Analytics data: a maximum of 14 months in identifiable form.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
