Cookies Policy

A transparent breakdown of every tracker on this site — strictly necessary cookies, analytics and marketing pixels, with simple controls.

Last updated: January 2026

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is being used.

We also use similar technologies — pixels, local storage and tag containers — for the same purposes. References to 'cookies' in this policy include all of them.

2. Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They include the consent banner state and basic security tokens.

No personal data is processed for marketing purposes via these cookies.

3. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to understand which pages perform and which need work.

GA4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) expire after 2 years. You can opt out via the cookie banner at any time without losing access to the site.

4. Marketing pixels

When you give consent, we load the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads conversion tags. These help us measure ad effectiveness and exclude existing customers from ad targeting.

These pixels can be disabled through the cookie banner. Disabling them does not affect the website's functionality.

5. Tag management

We use Google Tag Manager as a container to load and conditionally fire the tags above based on your consent state. GTM itself does not set marketing cookies.

6. Controlling cookies

You can change your consent at any time using the cookie banner.

Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings. Note that strictly necessary cookies cannot be blocked without breaking parts of the site.

7. Updates

If we add or remove a tracking technology, we'll update this page and re-prompt for consent where required.
